Windows Phone 7, the new mobile operating system Redmond-based software giant Microsoft brought to shelves starting with last month, is about to become even more appealing, as it would soon offer more game options to its users.
It appears that Namco is set to be among the first companies to bring their games to Windows Phone 7 too, and that some pretty nice titles are on their way to the new mobile operating system.
Some of the said titles were already included in the Windows Phone Marketplace, while others are set to make an appearance there in the near future.
One of the most interesting titles would be Flight Control, a game that already became highly popular on Apple's iPhone, and which Namco brought to other operating systems too.
In this game, users are playing the role of an air traffic controller who has to guide plans to safety.
Users will enjoy a number of six different airfields and 10 types of aircraft, not to mention that the new Windows Phone 7 version of the game comes with a new exclusive map that sports moving aerial obstacles.
According to a recent article on IntoMobile, other games Namco brings to Windows Phone 7 include:
More Brain Exercise – Dr. Kawashima is back with 15 new puzzles which, as you may’ve heard, are made to stimulate different regions of the brain.
I Love Katamari – A puzzler which sees you controlling a “highly-adhesive ball” called Katamari that grows when you run over and collect objects of increasing size.
PAC-MAN – The all-time classic and the most recognized video game icon, according to Guinness Book of World Records.
Puzzle Quest 2 – Match-3/role-playing puzzler where you explore the fantasy world using mana gems, spells and weapons.
